The school started as Infant Jesus Grade School in 1988 with 67 pupils in primary grades. In the following years of operation, the enrollment increased which prompted the school to transfer from Pastrana Street to Roxas Avenue and then to Osmeña Avenue, Kalibo in the following years.

1989

The old buildings were converted for vertical expansion. The right wing was named Sto. Niño Building with the first high school classrooms in the second floor completed in 1989.

1995 - 1997

After several years of unstable administration, the new Board of Trustees took over the school in 1995 headed by the new President, Mrs. Merle L. Altas. To set direction for the school, the Board of Trustees requested the supervision of Jimmy Boy H. Estrellas starting 1995 until he eventually became Director in 1997. Inspired by his Lasallian Education and experience from a La Salle supervised school, he initiated improvements in facilities, curriculum, student services, discipline, religious dimension and resource mobilization with a long term master plan.

2000

With the vision of complete basic Christian education in the year 2000, the school was granted government permit to operate secondary course starting with First Year in 1996 and was granted government recognition in 1999, a year before the first millennium graduation of batch 2000.

It was also in the same year that the school acquired part of the adjacent lot for the construction of the temporary canteen, quadrangle and basketball court. To complete the vertical expansion, another building named — the Blessed Virgin Mary Building was constructed in summer of 2006 where the present administrative offices are located, the new preschool room, computer lab, science lab, library, and AVR. The three adjoined buildings were dedicated to the Holy Family with the blessing of Holy Family Prayer Room in the roof-top area on December 2009.

The school celebrated its Silver Jubilee in 2013, renewing its commitment to serve in the next 25 years and beyond.

2014 - 2016

After the vertical expansion, the Board of Trustees has approved the Campus Development Plan for the horizontal expansion in preparation for the full implementation of the K to 12 Education Program. The construction of the new building started in 2014 and dedicated in 2016 as St. La Salle Building.
